NEAFCS Leadership Experience is an opportunity to help you develop your skills as a leader at every stage in your career. An excellent chance for FCS educators new to Extension or those who feel like they could share their Extension knowledge! This is a chance for seasoned TEAFCS/NEAFCS members to come together with an eagerness to provide mentorship and support.  Together, mentors and mentees will attend exclusive professional development opportunities to enrich their one-on-one meetings.

These virtual gatherings will occur from May 2022 (if applying to be a mentor; otherwise, June) through January 2023.

Topics include:
*Leading Yourself
*Leading in Your Community
*Leading in Extension
*Leading in NEAFCS

You can apply to be a mentor or mentee (there are no requirements for how many years you are in NEAFCS to be a mentee—ideally they want 5 years for a mentor but not required): https://neafcs.memberclicks.net/neafcs-leadership-experience-hub?servId=10615
